• Whole house rental for 48 hours and up to 14 guests from Noon first day to Noon last day, allotting time for rehearsal dinner and clean-up.
   

• Large kitchen for food preparation
   

• A large bridal suite and bathroom for dressing and hair/make-up
   

• White chairs and tables for seating up to 125
   

• Rustic bar available for beverage service
   

• Use of Pavilion (Outdoor curtains for weather protection if needed) and  ceremony site options.
   

• Beautiful glass and vintage ice bucket vases, candle holders and containers for fairy lights available for rent at reasonable cost.
   

• On-site management during your wedding day.
   

• Ample parking available on site.
   

• *We require a $500 deposit to secure an event – payable when contract is signed.

• $4000  for up to 125 guests
